dont care, as long as you dont tell me to wear my seat belt..

There has to be a way to disable it with the key and some button before startup.

OK, don't wear your seat belt, get a 5 or 6 point harness and a racing seat and wear that.
Study this DIY (http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=439 30&highlight=SRS+reset) for resetting your SRS system. If you pull the wrong plug your SRS system will need to be reset
You'll have to do some investigating, but here's how it's done on an 05 si.
There are 3 plugs at the bottom of the seat. 1-for the airbag, 1-for the pretensioner, 1-for the seatbelt buckle itself. The BROWN seatbelt buckle connector on an 05 has 3 wires coming out of it, Black, LIGHT GREEN, Blue/red. Use a 2 watt 1.8 ohm resistor and jump the "light green to the black" connection at the male plug that leads back to the ECU.

This was supposed to be a DIY article for the site, but I am having issue's with one plug to complete the bypass.

So look under your seat and see if you have the same componants and connectors. If your planning to do mods to your car I would suggest going and buying the Helms manual for you car. 08 Si service manual (http://www.helminc.com/helm/product2.asp?class%5 F2=AHM&mk=Honda&yr=2008&md=Civic&dt=&module=&from=result&Style=&Sku=61SNA05&itemtype=N&mscsid=D442FVHGG18L8 LGJPGXVNXELC7E7F3KC)
EDIT: Edited for the correct jumper.
