hey ,
I am just getting into the k-series,infact anyone looking for a crx b20 project hit me up,I been doing some research and I didnt still get it all, but if I swapped a k20a or s in my ep3, do I run the car into the dealer w/ the si ecu? cuase of the immobilizer? then install the ecu for them to do the key code? let me know please, thanks!, alsowhat header/ exhuast setup must I have for everything to built up?

1. Well that depends on what wiring harness and ECU you used. If you used the stock si wiring harness and ECU, then you first need to have ur ECU reflashed by hondata, after that the engine should run fine and you shouldnt have to worry about the immobolizer.

2. Now if you retained ur stock wiring harness and ECU from the K20a engine, then there is no way around the immobolizer besides finding the immobolizer wire and grounding it out. No Honda dealership to my knowledge in the states has any kind of a program that they can run on a JDM ECU to by-pass the immobolizer. So ground the immobolizer wire out if you retained the K20a's stock ECU, and wiring harness and the car should run fine.
