got the parts!

I got replacement parts from JR plus the 62.5" belt. That one IS the one.

Car runs great........belt is tensioned correctly and the tensioner is soundly bolted on.

I have yet to figure out the vacuum leak.:/

The JR powercard still makes this buzzing sound when under boost. What is that and is that normal?????

damn, I missed this post. Yeah, the 62.5" belt is perfect imo with the stock pulley...a pain to get on, in fact I almost thought impossible until i messed with it some more.

You know for a fact you have a vacuum leak?

Is it by chance coming from near the inlet that connects the TB to the JRSC?

The buzzing sound from the jr pc is normal...you must have it to where you can see it? I had mine under the dash, zip tied next to the ecu....never heard mine since it was far away.
